Another cause of heartburn that people do not tend to consider is tightly fitting clothing. If you are wearing pants that press tightly on your stomach, this can cause the contents to be refluxed up to your esophagus.
Being aware of your eating habits and how much you eat and drink is the best way to get a handle on your acid reflux attacks. Reduce the amount that you eat and drink and get enough sleep each and every night. Always try to maintain portion control.
